What I loved about the ACL Institute program was how relevant the content was to both my role as a change manager, but also in my role leading a team of project managers. After the videos, the skill practice assignments immediately had me applying what I was learning. One of my favorite exercises was using the employee mapping technique with my team to review some of our internal team processes and propose changes. While not everyone may be a change manager, everyone experiences and occasionally must lead change within their organization, so learning more about change management and the theory behind it will help me wherever I go in the future!

I’ve just completed the Change Leader – Basics course with the Agile Change Leadership Institute and it is THE essential training for anyone leading people through change. I’ve seen many “leadership” training courses, and none cut to the core as succinctly as ACLI, nor address the reality of those sticky conversations and circumstances that you will encounter. The course is laid out in that beautiful, bite size, brain friendly way that we know and love from ACLI.
