One of our Federal Agencies has had great success with our programs and content.
They enrolled a team of five in the Agile Change Management Certificate Program and used Jen and Lena to coach the team as a group. They then adapted our Agile Change Principles to be the foundation of the Agency’s approach to change. After Jen and Lena helped them launch their Change Community of Practices the Head of Change shared:

It’s really resonated with our people and has definitely created a buzz. It was the hot topic the next day at a leadership meeting. People who missed it have reached out to request a link to the recording.
It’s also had a positive knock-on effect, with managers reaching out requesting more information for themselves and their teams.
What a brilliant way to launch change management into the organisation. It’s amplified our reach and has connected with both the hearts and minds of our people.
