Truly an amazing course that is filled with immense insight on how to build and lead an agile organisation. I recently completed the Agile Change Manager certification course, and found it to be fantastic! A great combination of theory, practical examples, take-away tools and inspiring stories. The course itself took me about a full day to complete, but looking forward to spending time going through all of the additional resources and coming back to the content throughout the year as I start to apply it to my change projects. I didn’t expect to enjoy the learning and the practical application as much as I did. It was the best self-paced online course I’ve taken! It’s broadened my way of thinking in many ways – about types of change with deeper and valuable perspectives to become a better change leader. This program is about exploration and adventurous learning, rather than many courses that are about preparing you for an exam. The opportunity to experiment, then reflect really surprised me.

This course definitely had more information about what a Change Manager actually delivers than other Change Programs I’ve completed which are more focused on Change theory and models.
It’s a fantastic program – it is practical and flexible and it encourages self-reflection and experimentation. I learned several new concepts and skills and look forward to using and sharing them in my workplace. I’m onto my third course, following the pathway and loving the delivery style, materials and content. Currently enjoying Agile Change Manager Cert – excellent content and introduction to Agile.
I hove recently finished the Agile Change Manager Certificate and it is fantastic. Perfect bite size chunks of knowledge to absorb with stories of the tools put into practise, theory and real life examples and templates for me to take away. I om feeling much better equipped to now consolidate my change planning into agile ways of working!

I got a lot out of this training. I believe it should be extended to all Project Managers and Delivery Leads to ensure consistency across the business. Templates and change management site should be broadcasted for awareness regularly. Lots of benefits.

On starting March 2020 … it has been an amazing time to do the course. We’ve had a real event, been able to apply the learning and practice in real time!
The learning wasn’t just intellectual, it was emotional and personal as well. All of the topics were incredibly relevant to my work in the last year.
I loved it! I’m, pioneering a new way of thinking about how we lead and deliver change.
Collaborative is one of our core values at SimCorp, and I started 2023 with an intent to deepen my collaboration skills – recognising how fundamental these are to my change enablement role and to my facilitation of our cross-SimCorp People Change Community.
Today I completed an extended e-learning course on Busting Silos – curated and taught by Dr Jen Frahm and Melissa Dark, who share deep expertise on theory and practices of collaboration, communication and change. There was so much rich content (both familiar and unfamiliar) – but my 3 most significant takeaways were:
1) For collaboration to be meaningful it needs to be a purposeful choice – not a default response. Adam Kahane’e decision-tree on the relevance/role of collaboration in different circumstances was a lightbulb moment for me.
2) Collaboration that actually ‘busts silos’ is effectively counter-cultural in traditionally hierarchical organisations – potentially a ‘rebellious’ activity – so it should always be visibly guided by intent for positive change. I hadn’t seen myself as a ‘rebel at work’ before!
3) Collaborating across silos requires consciously opening yourself up to the discomfort of productive conflict – as you navigate different agendas, priorities and ways of working. This requires skills far beyond those we use in everyday, comfortable collaboration – e.g. the ‘tactical empathy’ recommended by Chris Voss, a former FBI hostage negotiator.

We were really impressed with how you got our leaders to where they needed to be for further change. Our leadership team felt they had a much better understanding of change and how to lead through continuing uncertainty. You have set us perfectly for the next step.
I’ve just completed the Brain-Friendly Change course from the . This was an interesting short course focusing on the latest thinking about how our brains react to change. Lots of practical brain-friendly takeaways to add to my change toolbox. Thanks Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross for another great course.
I’ve just completed the Agile Change Manager Program, and it was brilliant! Jen and Lena have brought together the worlds of Agile and Change Management in a way that is easy to understand, engaging and inspiring! Lots of takeouts for me, and I know I’ll be revisiting modules and resources again as they are full of golden nuggets!
We did the Agile Change Leadership course as a team which involved us independently watching the videos and spending time together reflecting and committing to actions. The layout of the course made it easy to focus on a chapter at a time and allow time to implement some of the actions between each reflection session. Being able to test out ideas and tools allowed us to practically apply the skills.
I really enjoyed the combination of videos, knowledge checks, tips and tools – kept me engaged and I loved doing this with my team. I loved the undercurrent of “give it go” and encouragement to try, question and test. Thanks Jen & Lena

The Agile Change Leadership Certification course, and it was quite the journey! What made it stand out was its unique blend of deep reflection and hands-on experimentation.
Instead of just talking theory, we got our hands dirty with experiments. We interacted with each module, tackled scenarios, and learned by doing. It was refreshing to see theory come to life in such a tangible way.
Both Lena and Dr. Jen were engaging facilitators, guiding us through each learning bump with expertise and offering invaluable insights and experiences along the way. Reading their perspectives and feedback to my submitted experiments really broadened my understanding of change leadership.
In the end, this course wasn’t just about learning concepts; it was about building skills and confidence. If you’re looking to level up your change leadership game, I can’t recommend this course enough!
I really enjoyed this course, the knowledge and support provided. I really enjoyed how the content provoked thoughts in how I could successfully lead, and support change better than I do now. What also helped was the ongoing feedback from Jen and Lena! It’s not everyday where you have two of the best in change management provide you with feedback, insights, and ideas!

Thoroughly enjoyed this short course. Completed it in a day, the course consisted of videos, curated materials, an assessment and a digital badge. Personally, I benefited from reinforcement of Vuca,Vuca Prime, Bani but more importantly, a reminder of the power of being mindful, improving my own self awareness of the impacts complex changes bring to a business and how as practitioners we can successfully play a role in improving accountability for change agendas.
