Course Overview
Your stakeholders aren’t resisting change. Their brains are protecting them from it.
Seventy per cent of people in Australian organisations say they are struggling with the amount and pace of change at work. This statistic doesn’t change much outside of Australia!
You can see what that does. The stakeholder who agreed in the workshop and then did nothing. The team that went quiet. The leader who keeps asking for the business case you already sent twice.
That is not resistance. That is a brain under load doing exactly what brains do.
Brain-Friendly Change gives you the applied neuroscience to design change that people can actually absorb — and the evidence to explain it to leaders who think change management is fluff.
Who is this course for?
This course is for you if you are:
- A change practitioner whose usual playbook is not landing the way it used to
- A project or programme manager who keeps hitting “people problems” too late
- A leader or manager taking a team through something hard
- An HR, communications or L&D professional designing for adoption, not just awareness
- A consultant or coach who needs the science behind the advice
No neuroscience background required. We translate it.

Testimonials
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Agile Change Manager from the Agile Change Leadership Institute!
This isn’t just another change management course. The ACLI is highly regarded, and their framework is uniquely designed for the pace of modern change, making it incredibly relevant for the work I do every day. The application of agile to change capabilities is a powerful combination, grounded in proven change practices.
Thank you Lena Ross & Dr Jen Frahm for an engaging, insightful & valuable program.

I really benefited from the learnings on how to use Human-Centred Design in change and transformation. I will be forever changed and fortified by what I learned in this course. Brilliant, 5 stars. Huge value for a not-expensive and tax deductible course.

Excellent. As an avid follower of ACLI and Jen and Lena’s work, I’ve taken the Brain Based Change course and have all their books. Even as an experienced change practitioner, I was impressed by how much I learned—the course introduced me to valuable new tools and mindsets that have genuinely enhanced my approach to change delivery.

I recently completed the Agile Change Leadership course and really enjoyed the experience. Jen, Lena and the team have invested in cultivating a strong program that teaches, nurtures and empowers growth. I truly valued the detailed, personalised feedback which reinforced my learning in ways I didn’t expect. I will be recommending ACLI to others in the future!

I just completed the Agile Change Manager Certificate Program with the Agile Change Leadership Institute — and it was well worth the time.
With a solid foundation in change already, I didn’t expect to learn so much, and I’m grateful for it. The course was practical, thought-provoking, and packed with useful frameworks I’m looking forward to applying in future projects. It offered fresh ideas, different perspectives, and tools that will help to improve my day-to-day work.
If you’re working in transformation, change, or delivery, I’d genuinely recommend connecting with the Agile Change Leadership Institute to look at their range of courses. I’m looking forward to signing up for another course already!

Proud to finally share that I’ve completed the Agile Change Manager certification with the Agile Change Leadership Institute.
Truth is, I finished it a while ago. But I didn’t post about it at the time. I was navigating a work environment that didn’t align with who I am as a Change Leader, and I wasn’t in the right headspace to celebrate the achievement or fully apply what I had learned.

Looking back, I can see how much I took from that experience 🙏 💖 The course gave me practical tools to lead in agile environments with structure, empathy, and clarity. But more importantly, it reminded me of the kind of leader I want to be. Someone who creates space for people, brings calm in complexity, and helps others feel safe to embrace change ✨

Shoutout to Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross for creating a course that feels more like a smart, engaging conversation than formal training. I’ve already recommended it to a few peers. It’s sharp, practical, and exactly what modern change leaders need in complex environments!
If you’re navigating complex change in fast-paced environments, I highly recommend this learning path.

Just completed their Agile Change Management Certificate program, which was fantastic. I definitely recommend this program. As a seasoned change manager who already practices some agile change management, I still learned a bunch of new skills and tips and the template pack is a great resource.
