How to Influence Change without Formal Authority
HOSTED BY THE VICTORIA CHAPTER
DATE: Thursday, 14th March
TIME: 7.30am – 9.30am AEDT
EVENT FEE: FREE for members and non-members
VENUE: Flexible Workspaces Australia, Level 5, 2 Lonsdale St, Melbourne
One of the questions we often get asked is “How do I influence stakeholders and others without formal authority?”.
Join the Victoria chapter and our guest speaker Lena Ross for an insightful networking event where she talks about this common challenge for change practitioners. You will learn:
- How influence occurs outside the construct of positional power and the formal hierarchy
- How to leverage ‘informal power’ in your organisation
- What this means for change delivery
- Five ways to power up your own visibility and influence in your workplace
There will be the opportunity to connect with a range of change practitioners and leaders, expand your network, and share and learn more about the work we all do or aspire to in the future.
Numbers are limited, please register for catering and event space booking numbers. We look forward to seeing you there!
