As 2024 winds down, it’s time to reflect on a truly EXPANSIVE year for the Agile Change Leadership Institute.
This year has been so good, and we’re immensely grateful for the support of our incredible community of change leaders, practitioners, and partners. Together, we’ve accomplished A LOT. As we reflect, we can’t help but feel proud – here’s what we’ve been up to:
Expanding offerings: Introduce, Upgrade and Enhance
- Introduced the Brain-Friendly Change course in partnership with Michelle Teunis.
- Released the Future of Change and Change Manager Starter Pack bundles.
- Migrated all our courses to lifetime access, making learning more accessible.
- Enhanced the Agile Change Manager Certificate with the Change Leader Operating Model Pack.
Expanding Global Reach
- Welcomed 1,244 change practitioners and leaders into our programs.
- Had 2,491 participants engage with our quizzes and scorecards.
- Increased our impact to 78 countries
- Increased our footprint across North America, Europe, and the UK.
Expanding knowledge and confidence
- Ran 11 Agile Change webinars for change practitioners.
- Partnered with the Growth Faculty, Change Management Institute, and the Minnesota Change Management Network to deliver webinars and professional development programs.
- Hosted 5 live change communication masterclasses and launched a podcast series featuring our inspiring alumni.
Expanding thoughts and conversations
- Delivered keynotes and presentations at Bad Ass Coaching, Rethink Change, and the Adelaide Agile Community x CMI Adelaide event.
- Secured 3 speaking slots at ACMP Global Connect and its webinar series.
- Guested on popular podcasts like Casa di Cambio and Change Leader Insights.
- Released a 6,000-word whitepaper, The Agile Change Blueprint, addressing common frustrations of change practitioners and offering actionable solutions.
Expanding our reputation
- Proudly became an ACMP Qualified Education Provider (QEP), solidifying our commitment to industry standards.
- Was included in the updated version of the APMG Change Practitioner Study Guide
We’re building a movement to help change managers become future-fit, equipped to navigate the complexities of change with confidence.
