Can I download the learning videos?
You cannot download the clips however you can watch them as many times as you like while you have access. After purchasing the course you will have access to the course for 12 months.
What do I need to do to complete this course and get my certificate?
To complete the course and receive your change management certificate you need to score at least 80% or over in the exam component of the course. You can complete the exam as many times as you need during your access period. After purchasing the course you will have access to the course for 12 months.
Is there a package available for change teams?
Yes, we do offer a group package. Please contact us directly and we will arrange an enterprise package to suit the size of your change team.
What is included in the downloadable content?
The downloadable documents include a Learner’s Package, 55 editable templates and 10 must-have resources to make your life easier.
