Since launching the Agile Change Leadership Certificate, one of the things we’ve learned is that some of you prefer the structure and time-pacing of learning sprints, and want the opportunity to work collaboratively as a cohort.
As a result, we’re now offering Agile Change Leadership Certificate: Guided. This is a 12 week program with six hours of coaching and cohort connection. The six-module program is especially relevant to managers and leaders today and ensures you feel confident and capable of leading change in agile environments.
Included in your online course are:
- 6 modules (3 x 10-minute videos) over 12 weeks
- Workplace experiments related to each video
- Fortnightly group meetings for coaching and experiment debriefing
- Assessment through exam questions, reflective journal entries and a Zoom exam

Having a corporate cohort means you have accountability to each other — this means many have quicker completion that doing the course independently.
Each learning sprint is time-boxed with a 2 week long cadence. You’ll complete three topics (one module) in each sprint. You’ll watch the videos provided, run the experiments, meet as a cohort and then submit your assessment.
The ACLI Faculty (Lena Ross, Dr Jen Frahm & Melissa Dark) will run group coaching calls across multiple time-zones to provide you with personalised support and input from your cohort. Bounce ideas and results in a safe place with a committed and supportive cohort.
We’ve broken down big topics into bite-sized chunks to make it easy to learn. The use of micro-learning approaches makes it easy to consume, practice and reflect. Activities and experiments run after each short video ensures you can embed the learning in your leadership practice
