Somewhere in August last year, I decided on something that would add another “game changer” in my professional journey 🛣

I enrolled in Brain-Friendly Change Certification from Agile Change Leadership Institute and never looked back.
Why “game changer”?
I called it that because in my journey as Change Management (CM) practitioner I’ve had multiple “game changers” ;
✔️ 1st was accepting roles as CM,
✔️ 2nd was implementing the relations of Change Impact to Business Benefits,
✔️ 3rd was learning about ONA (Organizational Network Analysis),
✔️ 4th was creating my own CM Framework and Workshops,
✔️ 5th was getting certified in Leading & Managing People-Centred Change from Durham Univ. Business School
🎖 And the 6th, is getting certified in Brain-Friendly Change 🎖
That’s why LEARNING NEVER STOP is so so true 👌🏼
With the easy-to-digest and time-management-friendly contents, plus all the relatable insights that has seen REAL case coming from REAL practitioners and experts of CM involved in people-centric situations, this has been an eye-opening learning for me 📚✨️
