I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Agile Change Manager from the Agile Change Leadership Institute!

This isn’t just another change management course. What I loved about the ACL Institute program was how relevant the content was to both my role as a change manager, but also in my role leading a team of project managers. After the videos, the skill practice assignments immediately had me applying what I was learning. One of my favorite exercises was using the employee mapping technique with my team to review some of our internal team processes and propose changes. While not everyone may be a change manager, everyone experiences and occasionally must lead change within their organization, so learning more about change management and the theory behind it will help me wherever I go in the future!

I really benefited from the learnings on how to use Human-Centred Design in change and transformation. I will be forever changed and fortified by what I learned in this course. Brilliant, 5 stars. Huge value for a not-expensive and tax deductible course.

I have just completed the Agile Change Leadership programme and it has been a deeply valuable learning journey for me as an HR and Talent leader. What I appreciated most about this course is its strong human-centred perspective on change. I’ve just completed the Change Leader – Basics course with the Agile Change Leadership Institute and it is THE essential training for anyone leading people through change. I’ve seen many “leadership” training courses, and none cut to the core as succinctly as ACLI, nor address the reality of those sticky conversations and circumstances that you will encounter. The course is laid out in that beautiful, bite size, brain friendly way that we know and love from ACLI. This means it is THE most accessible option for busy, overwhelmed leaders who need to quickly get up to speed.
