This content and its application is what we can call “methodology agnostic”. This means that if you already have a change framework or model in place at your organisation or change practice, you’ll be able to integrate these practices into your change toolkit.
Can I download the learning videos?
You cannot download the clips however you can watch them as many times as you like while you still have access. After purchasing the course you will have access to the course for 12 months.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes, you certainly can. Our templates are provided in PowerPoint format. We also include instructions on how to change the colour palette so it suits your organisation’s brand colours. You can also edit them to suit your change initiative.
What do I need to complete to gain the certification and digital credential?
To successfully complete this course, you need to complete the multiple-choice question exam with at least 80% correct responses. You can attempt the exam as many times as you need to during your access period. The exam questions are based on the content presented in the learning clips and in your playbook.
What will I receive upon successful completion of this course?
After completing this course successfully, you will receive a digital certificate and a digital badge which you can add to your LinkedIn profile for added credibility.
