You want some short and snappy Agile Change webinars?

You asked for it, you get it!

While we do run enterprise webinars as part of our Change Community of Practice offerings, there’s a number of you who have been asking for more webinars to supplement your #lockdownlearning.

One of the things that has become abundantly true ( and now more than ever) is the need for change and project practitioners to adapt their practice to be more agile, responsive and nimble.

Given we can’t provide our signature Agile Change Adventurer workshop at the moment, we’re happy to run three short public webinars and pending interest, we’ll repeat.

The topics are:

The inconvenient truth of agile – what the Agilists get wrong about change, and how you can make it better on your projects.

Can Agile ever be brain friendly? We look at why people really struggle with adopting agile ways of working and how you can overcome this.

Oh No! Not another change methodology – why taking a capabilities approach to agile change is much easier and more effective.

And in each webinar we will show case four agile change tools / tactics from our soon to be released Agile Change Playbook that you can use immediately. And like our workshops, we want you to submit your challenges in advance so we can tailor the webinars for you and respond to your questions!

A couple of points to note:

  • These are capped at 10-people. We want you to have space to submit your challenges and questions and time for us to talk with you!
  • These will not be recorded – if you sign up and miss them then you get a credit for future products and services.
  • They are in AEST – please go to Time And Date and add Melbourne as one of the cities to work out what time it is in your time zone.
  • These are billed in AUD. This will mean it is much less if you are in the UK, Europe, and US!
